We require a $100 security deposit for bell tents , Caravans and Meadow – this secures your dates and is fully refundable within 7 days of your stay when everything is left as found in hired condition
Group Bookings and events – please note above pricing is for Individual tents if you are wanting bell tents for an event, wedding or group booking please enquire for pricing
Deposit/Security Bond is capped at $500 if hiring over five items – tents/ caravans/ portable amenities
Cancellation fee – 50% of bond if group booking, event or wedding booking is cancelled 90 days or more
No refund if cancelled 90 days or under.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made 21 days prior to your check in date and will incur a $40 cancellation fee or we are happy to transfer your booking to alternate dates subject to availability
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of your stay
No changes or refunds for public holiday, school holiday or events .
Tourist parks and camp grounds are subject to their own cancellation policies for site fees
General
Peak season – school holidays, public holidays and long weekends have minimum nights apply
Gift Vouchers – valid for 3 Years not transferable or refundable
Weather conditions – wanderlust Glamping reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to extreme weather conditions
